Our condo was hit by Hurricane Milton (and also a tornado) and we lost some of our ceiling in the living room and master bedroom. We were open to the sky! The condo association's attempt to replace the whole roof did not happen before the summer rains, and we ended up with much more damage than just from Milton. Dan Rutkowski and company had a challenging job, doing their part repairing our unit and tearing out mildewed floors, while maneuvering around the complicated work and scheduling of the whole condo building repair. They did a beautiful job in our unit! We have all new ceilings and they are perfect! All new paint is everywhere and it is perfect, too! New floors in the living room and master bedroom and they are beautiful. They were patient with me and searched for the floors I wanted--and didn't quit looking, until I was satisfied. They were, additionally, always extremely pleasant...we are tremendously happy with the job they did!
